House Rules
These House Rules apply during your stay at any Voy House property
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available any time after 4 PM local time, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM local time. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please notify us as soon as possible at reservations@voyhouse.com. Please adhere to any additional instructions related to these changes.
If you remain in the Property beyond your designated check-out time by more than one (1) hour, we reserve the right to enter the property, remove any belongings, change locks or access codes, and take further necessary actions. You may be liable for any associated costs, including additional fees of up to 150% of the effective daily rate for each day (full or partial) that you overstay, as well as any other related damages, fees, costs, or expenses incurred by us (such as loss of a subsequent guest reservation or the cost of securing alternative accommodations for the duration of your overstay).
In connection with your stay, you should receive an email from us containing check-out instructions. Please follow those instructions and contact us at the provided phone number if you have any questions.
BASIC HOUSE RULES
The following actions are prohibited:
Smoking of any kind (including on balconies or terraces), including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco products, and cannabis substances (including vaping and e-cigarettes);violating this rule will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and deodorizing costs for the Property.
Hosting parties or events.
Having unauthorized day or overnight guests. All guests must be on the reservation.
Creating excessive noise.
Making audible noise outside the Property after 9PM local time.
Disturbing neighbors or compromising their privacy or security.
Engaging in illegal activities (including drug-related activities or illegal downloads).
Producing pornography or engaging in prostitution.
Bringing dangerous or hazardous items (such as candles or lighters) that could increase fire or explosion risks.
Possessing firearms or other weapons (except those legally carried by on-duty or off-duty law enforcement personnel).
Leaving obstructions, signage, trash, food, or personal items unattended outside the Property.
Creating unsanitary conditions (such as excessive trash or offensive odors).
Making any modifications or alterations to the Property or its contents (including rearranging furniture).
Soliciting or loitering around the property or building.
Engaging in commercial photography, filming, or videography without prior written consent.Using the Property for any purpose other than personal accommodation.
OTHER
Zero Tolerance.
Please ensure that you respect all staff members and fellow residents. Voy House is a safe and friendly environment where everyone deserves to be treated with respect. We have a strict policy against racism, sexism, discrimination, intimidation, or any form of violence.
Guests.
You may not have any additional guests, whether during the day or overnight, in the Property. If you exceed the maximum number of authorized overnight guests, you will be liable for additional fees of up to 100% of your effective daily rate for each unauthorized guest, and we may revoke or terminate your right to occupy the Property immediately. We may also require you and/or your guests to provide identification documents, such as passports.
Pets.
We do not permit pets. Violating our pet policy incurs a $100 fine, plus the cost of deep cleaning and/or repairing any damages to the Property. Individuals using service animals are encouraged to contact us prior to their stay.
Supplies.
We provide an initial supply of household consumables and toiletries.
Houseware.
We provide linens and kitchenware for your use during your stay. Any items removed from the Property will be charged to you in accordance with the Terms.
Amenities.
Only the amenities described in your booking confirmation email are available for your use. Please follow any posted instructions or guidelines. Use of amenities is at your own risk. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult when using amenities or common areas.
Parking.
Parking options and instructions may be included in your booking confirmation email. If you or your guests choose to use any recommended parking options, you must comply with all provided instructions, posted parking signs, and applicable parking laws. Voy House is not responsible for any non-compliance by you or your guests.
Safety and Security.
You are responsible for your safety and that of your guests. Please read, adhere to, and comply with any fire, health, or safety regulations provided. Report any conditions that may pose a fire, health, or safety risk to us, and inform us of any inappropriate behavior observed in or near the Property (e.g., loiterers or suspicious activity). Ensure that all windows and doors are locked before leaving the Property. In case of a medical emergency or crime, contact local authorities or the nearest hospital.
Reporting Damage to.
You must inform us in writing about any damage to the Property or its contents that occurs during your stay, even if you consider the damage minimal or normal wear and tear. Failure to report any damage will result in your responsibility for such damage per the Terms.
Communications.
There may be property management or other professionals not affiliated with Voy House on-site. Please direct all requests and communications to Voy House using the provided contact information.
Other Instructions.
We may provide additional written instructions relevant to your stay at the Property. These are considered “Additional Terms” as defined in the Terms. Please follow these instructions and ensure your guests do as well; contact us if you have any questions.
As a reminder, you are responsible for ensuring that you and your guests are aware of and comply with the Terms and these House Rules, including keeping the Property clean and in the same condition as you found it. We hope you enjoy your stay!
[1] These V House Rules are incorporated into the Terms of Service between you and us ("Terms of Service") and are defined as “Additional Terms” within that context. Capitalized terms not defined here shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
